Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our comprehensive cancellation policy to ensure transparency and clarity for all our customers.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the departure date:

Days Before Departure Cancellation Charges
30 days or more 10% of the package cost (processing fee)
15 to 29 days 25% of the package cost
7 to 14 days 50% of the package cost
Less than 7 days 100% of the package cost (No refund)

Note: Charges for non-refundable services such as airfare, visa fees, insurance, or any other fixed components will be additional and charged as per actuals, regardless of the timeline.

Micetravelo reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour in the event of unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

3. Amendments & Partial Cancellations

Changes in travel dates, destinations, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Once airline or transport tickets are issued, name changes or corrections are not permitted. Cancellation and rebooking may be required at the customer’s cost.

4. No Show & Early Return

No refunds will be issued in case of “No Show” (failure to join the tour on the scheduled date/time).

No refund is applicable for voluntary early departures from the tour or for any services not availed during the tour.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 to 21 business days from the date of receiving a written cancellation request, subject to the applicable deductions.

Verbal or WhatsApp cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Important Notes

Some components like cruises, trains, or airlines may have stricter cancellation terms that supersede Micetravelo’s general policy.

For group departures, fixed date tours, or promotional offers, specific cancellation terms may apply, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
