Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour with Micetravelo (operated by FAME 9 HOLIDAYS – A Unit of MICE TRAVELO EXPERTS PVT. LTD). By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Hotel Policies
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and hotel policies.
- Room type preferences (Twin/Double) are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
- The rates quoted are per person, based on two people sharing the same room.
- Hotel confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Tour Itinerary & Inclusions
- The itinerary shared is tentative and subject to changes based on operational feasibility. The final itinerary will be shared upon confirmation.
- Sightseeing, attractions, and activities are subject to availability. In case any are closed (due to holidays, maintenance, or local conditions), the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
- Meals provided are based on a fixed chef’s menu and served at scheduled times. No compensation will be provided for unavailed meals.
- En route restaurant choices and food quality are not under our control.
- Tour services not utilized during the trip (e.g., sightseeing, meals) are non-refundable.

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- No refund will be provided for any services not utilized, or in cases of early departure.
- No refund will be applicable in the event of a lockdown, natural calamity, or other emergencies beyond our control.
- For flight cancellations or delays, airline policies will apply. Refunds will only be processed after receiving the airline’s reimbursement.
- Flight rescheduling or rebooking charges will be borne by the client.
Payments & Charges
- A 2.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
- Prices are based on the prevailing tax rates. Any changes in government taxes or fees will be applied accordingly.
- Rates are not valid during peak seasons, festivals, fairs, or special events. Additional charges may apply during these periods.
Responsibilities & Liabilities
- Any damage caused to hotel property, transportation, or other infrastructure by guests will be the responsibility of the concerned individuals.
- The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, strikes, war, or political disturbances.
- Any costs due to natural calamities, landslides, or road closures must be borne directly by the client on the spot.
- False information, including misreported age or details, will result in additional charges and may lead to denial of services.
Conduct & Safety
- Drinking alcohol and misbehaving with fellow travelers or the tour leader is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, Micetravelo reserves the right to remove the guest from the trip without refund.
- All guests must comply with local laws, safety guidelines, and instructions from the tour guide.
- COVID-19 Guidelines: Fully vaccinated certificates or valid negative RT-PCR reports may be required as per government norms.
General
- This proposal is valid only for the mentioned travel dates/months. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The package cost is applicable only when a minimum of two people travel together.
- Once the tour has started, no changes or modifications can be made to the itinerary.
